GearLink Racing's diverse membership is made up of road racers, criterium racers, triathlon, duathlon and marathon runners.  Although the focus of GearLink's training is on cycle racing, triathletes, duathletes and non-racers follow the same structured, pre-planned training schedule on training days.

For the 2011 season, GearLink has engaged Endurofit to provide a streamlined training program for our riders. Each months training program is designed to further develop muscular endurance, core stability and functional strength for cycling training, building on the efforts of the previous week.

Team members participate in the training routine on days of the week according to each members needs, with the main team ride occurring on Saturday mornings.  On saturday mornings at 08h00, the team leaves the parking lot of Chainwheel Drive in Palm Harbor for a typically fast tempo ride of about 50 miles involving intervals, rotations and several sprints depending on the course chosen for that day, and the stage of the training program being followed.
